Common use of No Further Modification; Conflict Clause in Contracts

No Further Modification; Conflict. Except as set forth in this First Amendment, all of the terms and provisions of the Lease shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect. All references in the Lease to the terms such as "this Lease", "this Agreement", "herein" or "hereof" shall refer to the Lease as amended by this First Amendment. When used in this First Amendment, the term "Lease" refers to the Lease as amended by this First Amendment. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the Lease and the terms and conditions of this First Amendment, the terms and conditions of this First Amendment shall prevail.
