No Geographical Limits. The Recipient shall be bound to this Agreement with no geographical limits. Hereinafter known as the “Geographical Limits.”
No Geographical Limits. So long as the Aircraft is operated pursuant to the CRAF Program pursuant to which the United States Government has assumed liability for any damage, loss, destruction or failure to return possession of the Aircraft and for injury to persons and damage to property of others and all other liabilities and risks required to be insured against pursuant to Section 8.6 and Schedule 9, there will be no limitation on the geographic area in which the Aircraft may be operated pursuant to the CRAF Program.
