No Goodwill. Procaps shall not be entitled to compensation for any goodwill which may have accrued due to the Approval Pursuit and Marketing and Distribution of the Product by Procaps. Procaps shall have no claim against Galectin Therapeutics based on, arising out of, or in connection with, the alleged value of any particular customer account or group of accounts located within the Territory. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, Galectin Therapeutics shall be free, at its sole discretion, to make whatever other arrangements for Pursuing Approval and Marketing and Distributing the Product in the Territory as Galectin Therapeutics may deem appropriate, with whatever party and under whatever terms and pricing as Galectin Therapeutics shall determine.
