Common use of No Inappropriate Use Clause in Contracts

No Inappropriate Use. The My Cards solution must not be used to transmit or store any content or communications (commercial or otherwise) that are illegal, harmful, unwanted, inappropriate, objectionable, confirmed to be criminal misinformation, or otherwise pose a threat to the public. This prohibition includes the use of the My Cards solution by hate groups or for content or communications that originate from hate groups or are exploitative, abusive, or constitute hate speech.
