Common use of No Inconsistent Action Clause in Contracts

No Inconsistent Action. Buyer shall not take any action which is materially inconsistent with its obligations under this Agreement or take any action which would cause any representation or warranty of Buyer contained herein to be or become false or invalid or which could hinder or delay the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
