No Inconsistent Agreements; Additional Rights. The Issuer will not enter into, and is not currently a party to, any agreement which is, or could be, is inconsistent with the rights granted to the holders of Registrable Securities by this Agreement. If the Issuer enters into any agreement after the date hereof granting any person registration rights with respect to any security of the Issuer which agreement contains any material provisions more favorable to such person than those set forth in this Agreement, the Issuer will notify the holders and will agree to such amendments to this Agreement as may be necessary to provide these rights to the holders.
