No Increase in Compensation. Any material increase in the compensation, salaries or wages payable or to become payable to any employee of IRG or CNR, or any bonus or other employee benefit granted, made or accrued, other than (i) as set forth in Schedule 2.16(c) of the Disclosure Schedule, (ii) as required under any of the Plans (as defined in Section 2.18) or (iii) in the ordinary course of business or pursuant to pre-existing plans;
