Common use of No Increase in Compensation Clause in Contracts

No Increase in Compensation. Except as disclosed in Schedule 3.6(c) hereto, any increase in the compensation, salaries or wages payable or to become payable to any employee or agent of a Fiskars Company (including, without limitation, any increase or change pursuant to any bonus, pension, profit sharing, retirement or other plan or commitment), or any bonus or other employee benefit granted, made or accrued, in any case other than in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice;
