Common use of No Increases Clause in Contracts

No Increases. Contractor shall not increase the Maximum Amount due from AOC under this Contract for all Services and Deliverables or other amounts during the term of this Contract as described in APPENDIX A, except pursuant to a written amendment to the Contract between the parties. If AOC fails to make timely payment, Contractor may invoice AOC one percent per month on the amount overdue or a minimum of $1. Payment will not be considered late if payment is deposited electronically in Contractor’s bank account or if a check or warrant is postmarked within 30 Days of Acceptance of the System or receipt of Contractor’s properly prepared invoice, whichever is later.
