No Indirect or Consequential Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we and our Affiliates (and our and their respective employees, directors, agents, and representatives) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the Site, Seller Central, the Amazon Payments Materials, the Service (including without limitation the inability to use the Service), or any Application using our Service.
