Common use of No Individual Liability Clause in Contracts

No Individual Liability. No covenant or agreement contained in this ▇▇▇▇ shall be deemed to be the covenant or agreement of any official, employee, representative or agent of ACC, or any officer, member or limited partner of Owner, in his or her individual capacity, and none of such persons shall be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the execution hereof. The terms of this ▇▇▇▇ do not impose any liability on ACC.
