Common use of No Injunction or Action Clause in Contracts

No Injunction or Action. No order, statute, rule, regulation, executive order, stay, decree, judgment or injunction shall have been enacted, entered, promulgated or enforced by any court or other Governmental Authority which prohibits or prevents the consummation of the Merger which has not been vacated, dismissed or withdrawn prior to the Effective Time. The Company and Parent shall use all reasonable best efforts to have any of the foregoing vacated, dismissed or withdrawn by the Effective Time.

No Injunction or Action. No order, statute, rule, regulation, executive order, stay, decree, judgment or injunction shall have been enacted, entered, promulgated or enforced by any court or other Governmental Authority since the date of this Agreement, which prohibits or prevents the consummation of the Merger and which has not been vacated, dismissed or withdrawn prior to the Effective Time. The Company and Parent Purchaser shall use all their commercially reasonable best efforts to have any of the foregoing vacated, dismissed or withdrawn by the Effective Time.

The Company and Parent Purchaser shall use all their reasonable best efforts to have any of the foregoing vacated, dismissed or withdrawn by the Effective Time.

The Company and Parent Purchaser shall use all have used their commercially reasonable best efforts to have any of the foregoing Injunction vacated, dismissed or withdrawn by the Effective Time.
