Common use of No Injunctions, Orders or Restraints; Illegality Clause in Contracts

No Injunctions, Orders or Restraints; Illegality. No court or other Governmental Entity of competent jurisdiction shall have issued, enacted, promulgated, enforced or entered any temporary restraining order, preliminary or permanent injunction, order, Law or other legal restraint or prohibition restricting, preventing or making illegal the consummation of any of the Transactions which is still in effect.
