No Intellectual Property Infringement by Host. The Host warrants that the use and proposed use of any software, programs, or applications by the User or any third party to access the Website does not and shall not infringe, and the Host has not received any notice, complaint, threat, or claim alleging infringement of, any trademark, copyright, patent, trade secrets, industrial design, or other rights of any third party. To the extent the software, programs, or applications used to access the Website infringe on the rights of any such third party, the Host shall obtain a license or consent from such third party permitting the use of such items.
