No Interference in Message Transmission or Receipt Sample Clauses

The 'No Interference in Message Transmission or Receipt' clause prohibits any party from intentionally disrupting, delaying, or obstructing the sending or receiving of messages related to the agreement. In practice, this means that all parties must ensure that communications—such as notices, instructions, or approvals—are delivered and received without undue hindrance, whether these are sent electronically, by mail, or through other agreed channels. The core function of this clause is to maintain clear and reliable communication between parties, thereby preventing disputes or misunderstandings that could arise from delayed or blocked messages.
