No Interference with Employees. The Shareholders agree that, during the Noncompete Period, neither the Shareholders nor any of their Affiliates which they control will directly or indirectly request or induce any employee to terminate his employment with Purchaser or its Affiliates and accept employment with another business entity engaged in the Restricted Business in the Territory or hire during the Noncompete Period, any employee within twelve (12) months after termination of such person's employment with Purchaser or any of its Affiliates.
