No Joint Clause Samples

The "No Joint" clause establishes that the parties to an agreement are not entering into a joint venture, partnership, or similar relationship. In practice, this means that each party remains independent and is not authorized to act on behalf of the other, nor do they share profits, losses, or liabilities. This clause is essential for clarifying the nature of the relationship and preventing unintended legal obligations or misunderstandings about shared responsibility.
