Common use of No Lease Event of Default Clause in Contracts

No Lease Event of Default. There shall not have occurred and be continuing any Lease Default or Lease Event of Default, and no Lease Default or Lease Event of Default will have occurred after giving effect to the issuance of the Notes and the funding of the advances thereunder, the purchase thereof by the Note Purchaser or the Liquidity Banks as of the Initial Funding Date, or the funding of the Equity Investment as of the Initial Funding Date.
