No liability as mortgagee in possession. Nothing done by or on behalf of the Chargee or any Receiver pursuant to this Deed shall render it liable to account as a mortgagee in possession for any sums except in the case of fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Chargee.
