No Liability for Consequential Loss. No Agent shall in any event be liable to the Master Issuer or to any other party to the Issuer Transaction Documents for any special, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever (including but not limited to lost profits), whether or not foreseeable and in each case however caused or arising.
