No Liability for Mis-declared or Mis-described Freight. In any case where Streamline or the underlying transportation provider reasonably determine you have mis-declared or mis-described freight, neither we nor the underlying transportation providers will have any liability for any loss or damage to that freight that in any way results, directly or indirectly, from such mis-declaration or mis-description or that could have been avoided had such freight been accurately and completely declared or described in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Such shipments will also be subject to the provisions of Section 2.4 and other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

  • No Liability for Termination Neither party will be liable to the other for any termination or expiration of this Agreement in accordance with its terms.

  • No Liability for Errors CenturyLink is not liable for mistakes in their respective signaling networks (including but not limited to signaling links and Signaling Transfer Points (STPs)) and call- related databases (including but not limited to the Line Information Database (LIDB), Toll Free Calling database, local Number Portability database, Advanced Intelligent Network databases, Calling Name database (CNAM), 911/E911 databases, and OS/DA databases).

  • Our Liability for Failure to Complete Transactions If we do not properly complete a transaction from your Card on time or in the correct amount according to our Agreement with you, we will be liable for your losses or damages. However, there are some exceptions. We will not be liable, for instance:
