No Liens on Permitted Improvements. Lessor shall not create, or suffer to be created or to remain, and shall promptly discharge, any mechanic’s, laborer’s or materialman’s lien upon the Permitted Improvements or the income therefrom, or any lien arising under or imposed in accordance with any Final Landfill Closure Permit and Post-Closure Permit, except to the extent any such lien as may be permitted to be placed upon or remain upon the Permitted Improvements in accordance with and subject to the provisions of this Lease, or arises other than as a result of the acts or omissions of Lessor.
