No Limit on Other Compensation Arrangements. Nothing contained in the Plan shall prevent the Corporation or its Parent or Subsidiary corporations from adopting or continuing in effect other compensation arrangements (whether such arrangements be generally applicable or applicable only in specific cases) as the Committee in its discretion determines desirable, including without limitation the granting of stock options or restricted stock units otherwise than under the Plan.
