No Limitation on the Number of S-3 Registrations. The Company must effect an unlimited number of S-3 Registrations pursuant to this Section 2.1(b); provided, however, that the Company shall not be obligated to effect more than one (1) S-3 Registration solely at the request of the 2012 Investor Majority Members, unless such 2012 Investor Majority Members make an S-3 Registration Request pursuant to clause (a) in Section 2.1(b)(i).
