No Loss of Time-In-Step Clause Samples
The "No Loss of Time-In-Step" clause ensures that any delays or interruptions in a project or process do not result in a loss of accumulated progress or standing. In practice, this means that if work is paused or disrupted, the parties involved retain their previously earned status, credits, or milestones, and do not have to restart or forfeit progress already made. This clause is particularly useful in contractual arrangements where progress is measured in stages or steps, as it protects participants from setbacks due to circumstances beyond their control, thereby maintaining fairness and continuity in the execution of the agreement.
