No Margin Stock. Anything herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding, the Company will not, nor will it permit any Subsidiary to, make or authorize any investment in, or otherwise purchase or carry, any margin stock (within the meaning of Regulation U issued by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System of the United States) that violates the provisions, or for any purpose that violates the provisions, of Regulation U of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System of the United States.
