No Material Defects. To THCI's knowledge, and except as set forth on Section 3.19 of the THCI Disclosure Schedule, there are no defects in the roof, foundation, structural, mechanical or HVAC systems and masonry walls in any of the Properties that would have a Material Adverse Effect.
