No Material Misrepresentation. No written information, exhibit or report furnished to the Issuer by the Borrower in connection with the negotiation of the Loan Documents contains any untrue statement of a material fact or omits to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements therein, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.
