NO MINIMUM PURCHASE. This Agreement shall not be construed as a purchase order for any Products. Motorola is under no obligation to place orders for any minimum quantity of products. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Motorola will use reasonable commercial efforts to promote Company products and in the spirit of this Agreement, Motorola has purchased two (2) demo/lab systems.
