Common use of No New Information Clause in Contracts

No New Information. No Purchaser shall have become aware of any information or other matter affecting the Company, any of its Subsidiaries or the GameSpy Acquisition that in its judgment is inconsistent in a material and adverse manner with the information disclosed to such Purchaser prior to the date hereof, taken as a whole.

No Purchaser shall have become aware of any information or other matter with respect to legal matters affecting the Company, any of its Subsidiaries or the GameSpy Acquisition Company that in its judgment is inconsistent in a material and adverse manner with the financial and other information disclosed to such Purchaser prior to the date hereof, taken as in a wholemanner that constitutes or would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
