If the Borrower with respect to the following provisions shall fail to observe, perform or comply with any term, obligation, covenant, agreement, condition or other provision contained in Sections 5.02, 5.04, 5.07, 5.10, 5.12, 5.13, 5.15, or 5.18 of this Agreement, or any Event of Default occurs under any of the other Borrower Documents.
