No Obligation to Continue Service Relationship. Neither the Company, the Service Recipient, nor any Affiliate, as applicable, is obligated by or as a result of the Plan, this Agreement or the Program to continue the Grantee’s Service Relationship and none of the Plan, this Agreement or the Program shall (i) create a right to employment or other service relationship with the Company; (ii) be interpreted as forming or amending an employment or other service agreement with the Company, the Service Recipient or any Affiliate, and/or (iii) interfere in any way with the right of the Company, the Service Recipient or any other Affiliate, as applicable, to terminate the Grantee’s Service Relationship at any time. 13.
