No Obligation to Obtain or Maintain Marks. Client shall not be obligated to: (a) file any application for registration of any Licensed ▇▇▇▇, or to secure any rights in any Licensed ▇▇▇▇, (b) maintain any registration of a Licensed ▇▇▇▇, or (c) provide any assistance, except for the obligations expressly assumed in this Agreement.
