Common use of No Obligation to Take Action Clause in Contracts

No Obligation to Take Action. The Collateral Agent shall be under no obligation to take any action hereunder or under any other Shared Security Document if the Collateral Agent believes in good faith that taking such action may conflict with any Law or any provision of this Agreement or any other Shared Security Document, or may require the Collateral Agent to qualify to do business in any jurisdiction where it is not then so qualified.
