No Obligation to Third Parties. Except as provided otherwise in Section 9 with respect to indemnification obligations, this Agreement is for the sole benefit of the parties hereto, and nothing expressed or implied will give or be construed to give any other Person any legal or equitable rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement.
