Common use of No Other Interest Clause in Contracts

No Other Interest. Other than the transfer of the Receivables to the Issuer under this Agreement and the security interest granted to the Trustee for the benefit of the Issuer Secured Parties pursuant to the Indenture, the Seller has not pledged, assigned, sold, granted a security interest in, or otherwise conveyed any of the Receivables. The Seller has not authorized the filing of, or is aware of any financing statements against the Seller that include a description of collateral covering the Receivables other than any financing statement relating to the sale to the Issuer hereunder or the security interest granted to the Trustee (for the benefit of the Issuer Secured Parties) under the Indenture or that has been released or terminated.
