Common use of No Other Liability Clause in Contracts

No Other Liability. In addition to any applicable legislation and subject to clause 20.4, this Agreement states: (a) the entire liability of the Parties to each other; and (b) the extent of each Party's liability for any claim. For the avoidance of doubt, the limitations of liability stated in this Agreement shall not prejudice the rights of any Party to pursue any remedy available at law including, without limitation, application for an order for specific performance or injunctive relief to enforce the terms of this Agreement.
