No Other Property. Licensee acknowledges that Licensor has no obligation to make available to Licensee any intellectual property other than the Licensed Property, including any intellectual property similar or identical thereto or to provide Licensee with any modifications, updates, revisions, new developments or improvements to the Licensed Property created or developed after the Effective Date.
