Common use of No Other Restrictions Clause in Contracts

No Other Restrictions. Except as specifically provided above in this Article 10, nothing in this Agreement shall limit the ability of either Member, or any partner, member, Affiliate, Controlled Affiliate, agent, or representative of either Member, to engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures of any nature or description, independently or with others, whether currently existing or hereafter created and whether or not competitive with or advanced by the business of the Company. Neither the Company nor the other Member shall have any rights in or to the income or profits derived therefrom, nor shall either Member have any obligation to the other Member with respect to any such enterprise or related transaction.
