Common use of No Other Right Clause in Contracts

No Other Right. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have no right, express or implied, to the Palomar Technology, Palomar Male Technology, Palomar U.S. Regulatory Documentation, or Palomar’s right, title, and interest in and to the Joint Technology in or outside the Field except as expressly provided in Section 4.1(a) or as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall not at any time use or practice, or grant licenses or other rights under, Palomar Technology, Palomar Male Technology, Palomar U.S. Regulatory Documentation, Palomar Confidential Information or Palomar’s right, title, and interest in and to the Joint Technology, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement. All rights in and to Palomar Technology, Palomar Male Technology, Palomar U.S. Regulatory Documentation, or Palomar’s right, title, and interest in and to the Joint Technology, which are not expressly provided to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in this Agreement, shall be retained by Palomar.
