Common use of No Other Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

No Other Subsidiaries. Other than its direct or indirect ownership interests in the Operating Subsidiaries, the Partnership does not own, and at the Closing Date will not own, directly or indirectly, any equity or long-term debt securities of any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, association or other entity.
