No Payment to Either Party for Transition Period Expenses of the Other. All costs and expenses incurred by each Party in performing its obligations during the Transition Period will be for the account of such Party and will not be reimbursable by the other Party except: (1) upon the occurrence of an Event of Default by the Company under Section 14.2 or an Event of Default by the County under Section 14.3; and (2) in connection with a termination by the County for its convenience pursuant to Section 14.4.
