Common use of No Payments in Certain Circumstances Clause in Contracts

No Payments in Certain Circumstances. No payment will be payable to the Consultant under any of the following circumstances: (i) if prohibited under applicable government law, regulation, or policy; (ii) if the Consultant did not directly perform or complete the Services described in Exhibit A;
