Common use of No Pecuniary Liability Clause in Contracts

No Pecuniary Liability. No provision, representation, covenant or agreement contained in this Agreement, the Escrow Agreement or the Bond or any obligation herein or therein imposed upon Lessor, or the breach thereof, shall constitute or give rise to or impose upon Lessor a pecuniary liability (except to the extent of any rental payments, revenues and receipts derived by Lessor pursuant to this Agreement). No provision hereof shall be construed to impose a charge against the general credit of Lessor or any personal or pecuniary liability upon any commissioner, official or employee of Lessor.
