No Pending Condemnation. There is no existing or, to Landlord’s knowledge, pending or threatened Condemnation affecting any portion of the Premises or any pending public improvements in, about, outside, or appurtenant to the Premises that will materially adversely affect the use and operation of the Premises as a whole, the value of the Premises as a whole, or access to the Premises.
