No Precedent. This TENTATIVE AGREEMENT shall not be, and shall not be deemed or construed to be, a precedent or model for the resolution or settlement of any future circumstance or dispute. Nothing in this TENTATIVE AGREEMENT is intended to modify, or serve as evidence of either PARTY’S interpretation of, the language of any MOU or any other agreement between the PARTIES.
