No Property Interest Created. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to create or shall be construed as creating in Managing Company any property interest in the Business. The Managing Company shall have no authority to convey or otherwise transfer, pledge or encumber any property or asset of the Business of the Owner, except in the ordinary course of business.
