During the ** years prior to the Closing Date, other than as set forth in Schedule 6.2.5, none of the Products sold by Seller have been the subject of any recalls, withdrawals or field corrections, and Seller has not received any written notice from a Government Entity requiring, nor, to Seller’s Knowledge, is there a factual basis for Seller or a Government Entity to initiate or require, such a recall, withdrawal or field correction of any of the Products.
