No Reduction Sample Clauses

No Reduction. Nothing contained herein shall allow the School to reduce the salaries or conditions of a teacher which prevailed prior to entering into this agreement, except where provided by this agreement.

No Reduction. The Guaranteed Debt may not be reduced, discharged, or released because or by reason of any existing or future offset, claim, or defense (except for the defense of complete and final payment of the Guaranteed Debt) of Borrower or any other obligor against Administrative Agent or any Lender or against payment of the Guaranteed Debt, whether that offset, claim, or defense arises in connection with the Guaranteed Debt or otherwise. Those claims and defenses include, without limitation, failure of consideration, breach of warranty, fraud, bankruptcy, incapacity/infancy, statute of limitations, lender liability, accord and satisfaction, usury, forged signatures, mistake, impossibility, frustration of purpose, and unconscionability.

No Reduction. ‌ 13.1 No clause in this Agreement shall have the effect of lowering the wage rates of any employee covered by this Agreement and, further, no work condition shall be lowered as a result of the signing of this Agreement.

No Reduction. The Executive shall not be required to mitigate damages or the amount of any payment provided for under Section 1(c) or Section 2(c) by seeking other employment or otherwise, nor shall the amount of any payment provided for under Section 1(c) or Section 2(c) be reduced by any compensation earned by the Executive as the result of employment by another employer after the date of termination or otherwise.

No Reduction. The continued payments/contributions by the Company that are described in Sections 6(d)(i) and 6(d)(ii) hereof shall not be reduced by any income or other compensation received by Executive subsequent to the termination of his employment.

No Reduction. The Guarantee shall not be subject to any reduction, limitation, impairment or termination for any reason, including, without limitation, any claim of waiver, release, surrender, alteration or compromise, and shall not be subject to any defense or set-off, counterclaim, recoupment or termination whatsoever, except as provided in Section 1.10.

No Reduction. Nothing contained in this Agreement will operate to reduce the wages or conditions of any employee who at the date of registration of this Agreement was in receipt of a higher rate of wage or better conditions than the minimum prescribed for their class of work.
