Common use of No Referrals Required Clause in Contracts

No Referrals Required. The parties agree that no part of this Agreement shall be construed to induce or encourage the referral of patients or the purchase of health care services or supplies. The parties acknowledge that there is no requirement under this Agreement or any other agreement between them that any party refer any patients to any health care provider or purchase any health care goods or services from any source. Additionally, no payment under this Agreement is in return for the referral of patients or in return for purchasing or ordering services from either party or any affiliates of either party. The parties may refer patients to any company or person providing services and will make such referrals, if any, consistent with professional medical judgment and the needs and wishes of the relevant patients.
